I have a friend who will be a first time mama soon and she is very scared. So I have been reassuring her, giving her advice about birth and breastfeeding. Her shower is coming up soon and instead of giving her a ton of baby products, I’d like to focus on her. Like a pamper basket to help her relax. What kind of things do you natural mamas think I should stuff her pamper basket with? Things you would have loved or couldn’t live without. Are calming essential oils like lavender ok? I already have coconut oil on the list of things I’d like to put together for her. What else do you think? Thanks in advance everyone!
